Both Madrid superstars would of course cost a huge fee, but Ronaldo’s age would likely make him the cheaper option.
Bale could potentially be the Red Devils’ star man for years to come if he joined, but there is certainly cause for concern over the wing wizard’s injury woes.
Ronaldo will turn 34 next season, but his age hasn’t slowed down his insane goalscoring record, grabbing a remarkable 26 goals in 27 La Liga appearances, alongside a simply ridiculous 15 Champions League goals.

The former Old Trafford favourite could still give one or two top quality seasons, and would be one hell of a presence to help guide the squad on and off the pitch.
