After excelling on loan with Bolton this season though, the young left back was handed his senior USA debut on Monday, and was the standout performer in a 3-0 win over Bolivia.
Robinson had a couple of lapses of concentration, but was able to use his excellent recovery pace to make up for his mistakes. He looked particularly good going forward, and provided the assist to the third goal with a wonderful cross.

Everton have of course got Leighton Baines on the left flank at the moment, but the veteran has been linked with moves away, and 68 per cent of fans voted to replace the 33 year-old when polled earlier this month.
