da bwin: Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react to a post-match exchange between Mohamed Salah and Jordan Henderson.
da 888casino: Both players were being interviewed by Geoff Shreeves following the impressive 2-0 win over Manchester United, where Salah was handed the Man of the Match award with the instruction of passing it to Henderson.
The Egypt international then asked if he had won it, before questioning why it was handed to him instead of the England international when Shreeves explained that he needed to pass it to his teammate.
It was a fairly humorous exchange between the two Liverpool players and the Sky Sports reporter, who all seemed in good spirits following Jurgen Klopp’s side recording their 21st win from 22 Premier League games this season, leaving them sat 16 points clear ahead of second-placed Manchester City.
Salah managed to score his first Premier League goal against the Red Devils in stoppage time following Alisson Becker’s long ball, whereas Henderson deservedly won the Man of the Match award after an excellent performance that saw him hit the post, while also recording two dribbles and five tackles – the latter stat being the joint-most out of all the players on the pitch.
Let’s see what the Liverpool fans on Twitter were saying about Henderson and Salah’s post-match exchange…
To kick off the discussion, one fan laughed at the fact that Salah thought he was Man of the Match by using two emojis, before another supporter replied to that tweet by saying that they “love this man from the bottom of my heart”.
Elsewhere, these two supporters also laughed at the situation while ‘MT’ said that they “love” Salah as well.
Another fan – with the username ‘Empire of the Kop’ told the former Chelsea attacker to “never change”.
Lastly, these two fans reiterated the exchange before also using laughing emojis, while Muhammad said that it was a “nice laugh” and that the team chemistry at Liverpool “is off the chart”.
