da premier bet: Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera has insisted that his team must approach Saturday’s Premier League clash with Stoke City with the correct attitude.
da gbg bet: Man United have made a 100% start to the new campaign – beating West Ham United, Swansea City and Leicester City in their first three league matches to top the table.
The Red Devils will look to continue their fine form of form when they visit Stoke this weekend, but the 20-time English champions have not won in the league at the Britannia since 2013.
Herrera has said that Man United “cannot relax” as they look to make it four wins from four league matches ahead of the start of the Champions League group stages next week.
Herrera told MUTV:
“The Premier League is very long and every team can beat you. Now we have to face Stoke, and we’ve had four seasons without winning there. It’s been a good way to start [the campaign] but we cannot relax.
“We are ready to face them and, hopefully, the weather is not so bad there because, when it is bad, it is very difficult to play. We are ready. No excuses – let’s try to win there. We are Manchester United, so we are not scared.
“Always, against Manchester United, every team or every fan of the opponent are waiting for us. It’s a big day for us. We have to be equal to their attitude and then we have to show our quality. The first thing is the attitude. The atmosphere is going to be against us, but that is normal.”
Herrera was key in Man United landing three trophies last season, but the Spaniard has not started a Premier League match this term following the arrival of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea.
A switch of formation for Saturday’s trip to Stoke, however, could see the former Athletic Bilbao playmaker come into a three-man midfield.
